If you participated in our program prior to June 2018:
To request a copy of your SAVE and Mandated Reporter certificates of completion, please
select the "Contact Us" link in the upper right hand corner to outline your request. In the message, please include:
- Your full name
- Your cohort/program year
- Which certificate(s) you are requesting
Please note that it will take approximately one week to prepare the forms before they are ready.
If you participated in our program June 2018 and later:
You can simply log in to your TEACH account for proof that you have completed each course.
Alternatively, you may log in to Blackboard to obtain your own certificate.
- Click here to log in to Blackboard. You must use the same email address that you used when you were a part of the program.
- Click on Courses (top of the page).
- Click on the course for which you need the certificate. (middle of the page).
- Scroll down to Course Completion (left side of the page) and click on it.
- You will see the following image of a medallion.

On the medallion, there will be a "Print Certificate" option (circled above). You can print, download or save your certificate from there.
- Repeat this process for any other course you completed in Blackboard and for which you need a certificate
