The table below provides a more detailed explanation of the missing documentation and outlines what needs to be uploaded to your application before we can determine if you are eligible to participate in the NYC Teaching Collaborative and if you can move forward to the interview stage of the selection process.

Teacher preparation programs are defined as a traditional bachelor’s degree, master’s degree program or an alternative certification program that provide a pathway to teacher certification within the United States or Puerto Rico. Follow these steps to upload the required documents to your application:
1. Login to your NYCTC 2024 Application
2. You will be at a menu screen that shows you have 1 task to complete. It will look similar to this:
3. Click on the green START button
4. You will then be brought to the screen shown below. Click on the arrow at the right side of the UPLOAD TASK line
5. At the next screen, click on the green ATTACH FILE button. You will be able to select a file on your computer to upload.
6. When you see that your file has been uploaded, click on the green MARK AS COMPLETE button.
7. At the next screen, click on the green SUBMIT button in the lower right corner. Note: If you click on the gray REVIEW button, it will review all sections of your application.
8. A confirmation message will then appear. You will need to click the green SUBMIT button on this screen, too.
9. You will receive a message on the screen letting you know that your application has been submitted with the additional document added.
