The OSPRA 104 will send your fingerprints from New York City to New York State. If you get fingerprinted at 65 Court Street, you must bring the OSPRA 104 along with you in order to have your fingerprints sent to the state.
In order to have your fingerprints successfully sent to New York State, you must first have a TEACH account.
The OSPRA 104 does not have an associated fee.
